1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ag77 platform and all its related services. In these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any person who visits, registers on, or uses any service of this platform. "ag77", "we", or "platform" refers to the ag77 online gaming service.

By opening an account, logging in, or playing any game on this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use this platform.

ag77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play games on ag77, the user must be at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register or play on this platform. ag77 may request valid identification at any time to verify age.

2.2 Account Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all pending withdrawals.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or device. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts and their balances being forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person or using a third party's account is not allowed.
• Never share your account login details with another person.
• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For the maximum deposit: a ৳22,000 deposit receives a ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳37,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they remain locked in the balance until the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled, the bonus balance may expire.
• ag77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ag77 may initiate an investigation and place payments on hold.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

Deposits on ag77 are currently accepted via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No other payment methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. No deposit below this amount will be processed.

4.3 Deposit Processing

• Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is generally credited to the account automatically.
• If a deposit is not credited for any reason, contact the support team with proof of the transaction.
• Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited — deposits must be made using a method registered in the account holder's name.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, ag77 may request additional verification.

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases additional verification may be required, which can take longer.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawals through a method different from the deposit method will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• For withdrawals from bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• If a withdrawal request is rejected, ag77 will provide the reason in writing.
• If a withdrawal request is already being processed, additional withdrawal requests may be delayed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on ag77 are conducted in accordance with specific rules. Please familiarise yourself with the rules of the relevant game before you start playing.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers a variety of markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Before placing a bet, make sure you fully understand the market terms and how the outcome is determined.

• Bets placed before an event starts are called "pre-match bets".
• Bets placed while a game is in progress are called "in-play bets".
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

ag77 offers live casino, slot machines, and a variety of casino games. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ag77 reserves the right to void the game and refund the stake. Erroneous winnings resulting from a technical error may be reclaimed by ag77.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ag77, and violating them will result in account closure:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse, system hacking, or fraudulent activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Unauthorised interference with game software or servers.
• Using another user's account or stealing their information.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Sports match-fixing or any other fraudulent betting activity.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 ag77's Authority

ag77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms violation.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

8.2 User Account Closure Request

8.3 Inactive Accounts

ag77 will follow the applicable policy regarding the balance of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.
